- FAX IT! If you prefer, you may print the online application and fax it to 304-748-4551
- APPLY BY PHONE! If you’re not near a computer, simply pick up the telephone and call our offices. A financial service representative is ready to take your loan application over the phone.
- VISIT US! You can always fill out an application when visiting the office.

FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT
To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering
activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain verify, and
record information that identifies each person who opens an account.
What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your
name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to
identify you.
We may also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents
that contain a picture. We will also request that this document be photocopied
and retained for our records.
